Appointments
Appointments are to be made no less than 48 hours in advance of requested appointment time. Anything booked after this time frame (booking & receiving service the same day) will result in additional fees.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please call to let us know. We schedule appointments for each person individually and this allows us to stay on time and not keep other clients waiting. If more than 20 minutes late, clients must reschedule.
VIP
Any appointments desired outside of normal business hours (ex: Mondays, or after-hours T-S) will be available to VIP clients at no cost. Additional fees apply otherwise.
Consultations
We offer consultations for all our services for $25.00. Estimated time depends on style and needs.
Brides: Must book a consultation.
Emergencies
Please reserve calling for hair emergencies. For booking refer to website and all other communication through our email: jwarrensalonstudio@gmail.com or by texting the salon at 615-617-4006. You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancelling or rescheduling after this time period will result in full-service charge.
New Clients
All new clients are required to book a consultation ($25.00). Please plan for a 30-45 minute session to talk about your hair care needs and style options.
